Details:

Illegal search of the client's residence, grow operation of over 500 plants. Client was charged with possession of marijuana 5 to 50 pounds, a third degree felony punishable by a minimum of two years in prison and a maximum of 10 years, with a $10,000 fine. The court granted defense motion to suppress all of the evidence based on the illegal search. State also sought to seize 90 acres of land and buildings in Asset Forfeiture. Criminal charges and Asset Forfeiture cases dismissed. State refused to return defendants grow lights.
